I will forever be grateful to the staff, teachers and generally everyone at SHMS who were supportive and made me feel at home. Even today I often tell friends and people I meet, that studying at SHMS was one of the best decisions I’ve made in my life.
Choosing to study hospitality is one of the best decisions I made as it opened a world of opportunities for me. I still put to practice things I learnt in school as the skills you gain studying hospitality is easily transferrable and relevant to different industries outside of hospitality.
If I didn’t have this study experience in Switzerland, I would probably still be timid and too scared to speak up and voice my opinion. My education has given me the confidence to not hold my opinions back. This is thanks to my very encouraging teachers and the environment in Switzerland.
